Do credits expire?+
Credits never expire — neither pack credits nor the credits that come with a Pro month. They stay on your balance.
What happens if a generation fails?+
Credits are charged when a job starts and refunded automatically if it fails. You only pay for models you get.
Does Pro renew automatically?+
No. Pro is prepaid one month at a time: you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, then move back to Free with every credit you already have. Buy another month any time — it stacks on top.
Can I use the models commercially?+
Models generated on Pro come with a commercial license. On Free, models are for personal and evaluation use.
Do I get an invoice?+
Every payment issues a PDF invoice automatically. Add your company name, address and VAT ID on the billing page before you buy and they are printed on it.
How do I pay?+
Choose from the payment methods shown at checkout — for example bank transfer, or card in person at our counter. Card payments are handled by the payment provider or terminal; we never see or store your card details.
